Jhilmil Terms of Use

These terms apply to every product from Jhilmil Labs ("we"). A product page or store listing can add terms for that product.
Buying a product
Paid products are sold through our online reseller, Dodo Payments, which is the Merchant of Record for your order. Dodo Payments handles the payment, the invoice and the sales tax. Prices are shown on each product page before you pay.
Licence
A purchase gives you a personal licence for your own use. If a product comes with a licence key, the key works on the number of your own computers that the product page shows. Do not share, resell or redistribute a product or a licence key. We can turn off a key that is shared or bought with a reversed payment.
Refunds
All sales are final. See the refund policy.
Services from other companies
Some products use services that we do not run, for example AI models, app stores or messaging apps. Those services have their own terms, can change or stop, and we do not control them.
Your responsibility
AI answers can be wrong. Check anything important (money, legal, medical) yourself. Use the products lawfully.
No warranty and limited liability
The products are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
